I am one of the frustrated lazy coders

Technology is evolving each day, for instance as you already recognize, Apple invented Retina display. Efficiency must be top one priority any time, for it can drastically increase productivity in any corporate & organizational activity. Software/Application engineers are not the exception. However, what I have been facing with is the tremendous amount of spagetthi codes and inefficient workflow, sort of, belonging to part of tradition maintained in Japanese engineering field.
Of course, engineering level in our nation is one of the most highest in the developed nations which we have to be proud of, while the inefficient policy just quadruples stresses and unnecessary tasks each team members have to operate with. My frustration is almost ad maximum.
They strongly cling to the waterfall style development, which have never worked, and their dismissal of intellectual property issue against previous subsidiary caused delay of WBS. They really loves Java, which is almost dead old language as fuck, though it employed lambda from version 8, it was too late because Scala is far more smarter. shorter, clear, mathematical, and academic.
They compelled us using IDE, called eclipse, but it IS the shame not being able to develop your product via command line terminal. One of the project managers from the current subsidiary really hated me cause I was too lazy not being able to remember details on massive features or functions and I do not want to memorize such crappy stuff cause it is not engineers job.
Not to be able to catch up with the most recent paradigm in the computer field is almost fatal in your engineering career, but you subsidiary PM can still earn money for fraud product because there is totally retarded phenomena that the more you write the code, the more you can earn money.
It is totally nonsense and bullshit which reminds me of Fukushuma Power Plant, in which bureaucratic attitude and hierarchy just omitted the serious viewpoint and actually it was fragile against the unexpected disaster.
Those engineers are fake ones in my own opinion, and they do not evaluate sloppy developers cause massive production does not require any genious. What they require is ordinary people. What they kill is extraordinary talents. Welcome to Japanese Corporate Society. This is the reality.
   Oldness and Conservatism could be virtue only if it can provide people who belong to the entity dignity and happiness. but in especially engineering field, being old in paradigm (for example using fucking moron java and IDE) just is nothing more than a crime which make people depressed.
   In my arrogant opinion the issue stated above is one of the most serious and harming one which hinders Japan from evolve further and get initiatives in the international society.
   Liberty and Free Discussion is the most required aspect what our community dismisses.
Who cares Japanese IT de facto? Welcome to post war world order reality. Who are going to use the crappy language which do not have type inference? Are you retarded? Or are you not intelligent enough to learn new language? You are going to manipulate freaking amount of excel and copy and paste bunch of codes across so much classes and never think it as abnormal? What spooky squad you are. The reality do not belong to your company. My colleague told me that he've written for about eight thousand lines for a batch test. Are you insane? Is imperative / Object Oriented development able to be called safe programming looking at this verbosity? Who maintain this? I'm out. I'M OUT!!

While you socially kill a black sheep who dont commit to your ignorant and verbose team project management, you are garbage as fuck in the western or any other third world technology society.

Anyway, the only hours I can recover my self esteem is when I draw cartoons or composing music. nothing else. I hate waterfall. I never would like to be involved in that shitty old fashioned project.

Use Git on IDE? Go back to elementary school boi, it must be used via terminal cause it IS DE FACTO, IT IS NOT THE MATTER OF PREFERENCE, MORON!!!!! If you have told the same thing to Linus, no one can assure that you are alive. GUI is for morons. You enforce me moron-style. It is offensive. That team management sucks. Do not deserve any respect. So douchebag. So old that need nursery home. So shitty. So nasty. So crappy. So....
